Match the battery to the task
Potential applications include managing peak demand, shifting electricity use between tariff periods, improving renewable self-consumption and supporting defined resilience requirements. Feasibility depends on the tariff, load shape, connection and equipment configuration.

Engineering before promises
Power (kW or MW) and energy (kWh or MWh) describe different limits. A storage study must consider both, together with efficiency, battery degradation, cycling, thermal management, fire protection and the reserve required for the agreed duty. Storage does not create energy.
